*Drain Line Guarantee: For the duration of Gold or Platinum Memberships, the condensate line will be cleared as part of semi-annual maintenance and safety inspections twice per year. In addition, any diagnostic performed by Acree Plumbing, Air & Electric that requires a condensate line to be cleared, will be guaranteed at no additional charge ($199 Waived) for this service. This guarantee will remain in effect for members that are current in semi-annual services and payments of membership.

Terms & Conditions
- A one-year term with auto-renewal
- Customers may cancel at any time during the one-year term; however, any repair discounts received during this period must be paid back before cancellation is completed
- The contract starts on the enrollment date
- Discounts available upon enrollment date
- Platinum plan reverts to Gold upon completion of manufacturer’s warranty of parts
- System or equipment must be properly installed, in proper working order, and located in an accessible and safe environment for the authorized repair technician
